En kväll skulle någon i personalen lämna ett kort på vilket väder det skulle bli dagen efter. Personen i personalen knackade och gick in utan att min sambo hann reagera. Främst tycker inte jag att man går in om någon inte öppnar utan skjuter det under dörren. Man går inte in på någons rum. Personalen gick in och min sambo hade inga kläder eller underkläder på sig eftersom han skulle duscha. Han mådde väldigt dåligt över att personalen bara klev in och såg allt. Han skämdes och mådde dåligt över det. Jag var redan på toaletten men hade inte heller stängt dörren tillräckligt och såg hur personalen bara öppnade dörren efter att ha knackat någon enstaka gång.

Overall, my impression about the hotel and the city. Bad taste left with me regarding one of your two staff on reception when leaving the hotel 05.01.2018 at 09.45 in the morning. Openly hostile attitude towards me had me pretty confused and I don't understand still what it was. For my part I have no reason to never give it. Time to find out the reasons for this I already was not, because was in a hurry to the airport. Thank you and regards, mr. I Sedelkin
