El personal del Hotel nos atendio con especial interés aun sin hablar nosotros muy bien ingles. Las instalaciones muy bonitas con especial atención a la limpieza. No ha gustado mucho esta experiencia de 5 noches en este precioso hotel.

Good. But shocked a 5 star establishment did not have non-allergenic pillows available as standard. My friend and I are both allergic to feathers & wool, which were the main pillows available. There could be some design improvements to the bathroom including keeping soap by sink not over toilet. Also towel rail would be better by sink rather than opposite side of bathroom. A mirror by the door would be welcome too in a deluxe room.

It was such a lovely place and all of the staff were wonderful. Loved the city and the hotel!

Good, but was a little disappointed that in a three night stay we only got one complimentary bottle of water and no refill for the coffee machine.
