Prestige Hotel Budapest****

Good, but was a little disappointed that in a three night stay we only got one complimentary bottle of water and no refill for the coffee machine.

Very enjoyable staying.. however room window need improvement for sound isolation. Stay on 1st floor. Could hear people talking in the lobby especially early in the morning...

Overall had a nice stay, woken early with light coming through curtains, didn’t close properly.
Requested a late check out for Wednesday 15th, told to contact reception that morning,was told Hotel was fully booked and it was not possible, checked online and you were selling rooms on your own website and 3rd party, this was disappointing .

Simply fantastic. I’ll recomend this hotels to my friends, and I’ll repeat it every time I go to Budapest.staff at reception was more than friendly.
Only regard was the restaurant. We asked at 13h atable for the eight we were, it was possible if separated (though te ‘chef’s table’ was free. We accepted that. But then chef tell the woman as maitre that we must eat all of us the same. We don’t accepted it and leave.

The air-condition system was not controllable. the heat was too high although I put it on off position. there was a disturbing whistling/blowing noise from the system.
there was no way to leave some weak light for the night, every option was too strong.

I loved the hotel and it’s charm. Wish I could have spent more nights there. The location was perfect to walk to many things. The bathroom and shower was excellent. The room had everything a traveler would need. Their car service is speedy and always available. Highly recommend. Must try either room service or dining in the Michelin restaurant. As an American I was expecting very expensive and the dollar is do strong I ate like a queen for very few fontifs. Two thumbs up!

Very good. Cleanliness, politeness of staff, location, are your strong areas. If you could put an effort to improve in some areas then you will move from good to great.
