Overall we had a lovely experience - the only slight issue was when we checked in and were taken to a double room when myself and friend had booked a twin room. We phoned down and reception changed the room, though we were made to feel like we were causing a bit of a problem by wanting what we had booked as they had to make up a twin room for us. I just don't understand why we weren't given what we booked first as there were obviously twin rooms available. Other than that though and this was minor as it got sorted, we had a lovely time in this hotel and would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Budapest!
