Excellent staff who are always on hand to help you. Great location, central hotel within walking distance to the Danube. 5 star!

I was extremely impressed with the hotel. The staff were courteous, knowledgable and thoroughly professional throughout my entire stay. The lobby, room and amenities were excellent as well. I'm recommending the Prestige Hotel to all my family and friends for their stays in Budapest.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. Service was stellar. Super clean, elegant. The breakfast was outstanding.

Lovely Hotel very clean and well presented. The aircon seemed to not be as responsive as it should especially cooling (this function may have been turned off). The weather was mild and the room was warm at night. Also some TV channels were missing BBC news was especially missed. This was reported but was just a blank screen for all our holiday. None of this stopped our overall enjoyment and we would stay with you again!
