Everything about the hotel was perfect. I specifically love the attention to details like the weather cards and chocolate left in the room. The thing i love the most also is the staff. They are so friendly and nice and always willing to go the extra mile in helping me.
I would only come back to this hotel in my next visit to Budapest.

As above every thing was EXCELLENT Staff we lovely and very helpful. Appreciated thanks.
We did have an upgrade so that was nice , so not sure what our original room would have been like for the price?
One thing though which I would presume you can't do anything about! The noise that echos up through the room from the reception area woke me up! Design of building I presume.

Good welcome excellent service, the only problem is for the language. Not knowing English the problem is mine ...

Excellent! We had a great time in Budapest, in part because the hotel was so beautiful and the staff so friendly and helpful.
