This is a wonderful location and hotel experience. We had a standard room and it was very nice and extremely clean. I would highly recommend the Prestige Hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we were delighted with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff helpful. We couldn't get our coffeemaker to work even with assistance from the ladies on the floor. The instructions were difficult to read but it could be we were not used to your system. I was surprised that you could not provide stamps to buy or mail postcards without a fee. We enjoyed the chocolate.
We had to wait until 2:00p.m for our rooms to be ready but understand that. We did finally get coffee the last day but the cream was bad.

Lovely hotel in a very good location. Staff were all very helpful and made our stay in Budapest a very positive experience.
Restaurant was excellent ..... though my budget wouldn't allow for too many dinners!

As explained above I had troubles with the room. I understand that for security reasons windows can't be opened; for this reason next time I will check in advance that the room booked for me has the possibility to open it.
