We really enjoyed our stay, couldn't fault the location, so convenient for all the sights and the restaurants. The hotel was so clean and smelt wonderful as you walked into the lobby ! I thought that the weather forecast on little cards given to us each night was, albeit a nice touch, very wasteful - why don't you just put it on the tv ?

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Good position for sightseeing, shopping restaurants etc. Lovely and clean. Only problem was the staff at reception. Very unfriendly, this included our experience at both checkin and checkout with different staff. The girl who checked us out didn't even look at us when checking out just asked us for our room number, did the paperwork etc. didn't say a word to us, smile or ask us how our stay was. Very rude.

Generally a very nice Hotel, however the room airconditioner did not cool when set to a low setting and we found the room far to warm.
With the windows open to cool the room, the noise from the reception area all night was very annoying.
So it was either a warm quieter room or a cooler noisy room.
No win there.
When we requested replacement complimentary small bottles of water we were presented with a large bottle and charged for that on checkout, not a very nice thing to do to.
