I love your hotel. It smelt and looked fantastic. Your beds were luxurious and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel in great location. Breakfast was very good but I'd go to other restaurants a very short walk away for other meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

When I began looking on line for a place to stay in downtown Budapest, it was a little overwhelming with so many choices. Your website was very informative and user friendly, and I eventually made the decision to stay with you to experience downtown Budapest after spending 7 days at a club in the Buda Hills. From the minute my wife and I walked into your lobby we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The pastries delivered to our room shortly after we arrived was an added touch of elegance. I made the choice to prepay for the room in order to have breakfasts included. The first morning we arrived for breakfast the waitress was there waiting for us and showed us to our table. The second morning, the waitress was not available, and after a few minutes the gentleman from the bar came and seated us, however, no one was assigned to us so we had to wait for a long time to receive any service. I eventually asked one of the waiters for coffee and a menu and our meal was delicious both days!

The only suggestion I would offer is for The Prestige Hotel to create your own map of the immediate surrounding area and give a copy to each new guest. The tourist map that you provided was not real clear......too crowded with too much information for first time arrivals like my wife and I who wanted to get oriented to our new community. Your own map would add a touch of class that only would add to your already classy hotel.

We fell in love with the city of Budapest and would love to return someday in the future. Thank you for all you did to make our first visit to Hungary such a memorable one.
