Very pleased with the room and the staff were helpful as well. I did not have any complaints at all.

Excellent experience, very nice staff : helpful friendly accommodating.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the window in my room was in the courtyard and not the street: I couldn't see the sky. Maybe it is helpful to specify such things during booking

There is a major flaw with the Prestige Hotel. Since there was nothing to be done, I didn't complain. We were on the third floor, but we constantly heard conservations from the atrium lobby. Since a quiiet room is very important, the noise was annoying.
