Fantastic hotel. The best hotel I've staying in durning this current trip. My trip went from Salsomaggiore, Sirmione, limone, Como and Milano in Italy to Vienna in Austria to Budapest Hungary. Heard about it from a friend and I was very pleasantly surprised. Nothing for the staff was an issue and no request went unsolved!
