I had very good stay in the hotel. Great location and very good services. We had few drinks at the bar in the restaurant and the bartender, Forray András was very good an professional. We talk a lot about cocktails, he gave us to try different spirits

Wonderful. Fabulous hotel--wonderful service from airport at late hour. Only minor issue was bath shower--hard to get into and use. Would return!!

It would have been awesome but for the doorman on the day of my check-out. Or maybe you have a very strange policy at your place to double pay for the things which are supposed to be included in the price of you deluxe room. The doorman asked me to return the shopping bag or fitness bag as you call it because it belongs to the hotel or pay money if I want to keep it. I had to take out all my belongings because I wanted to put my hand luggage there. To be honest, I've been to many posh hotels and no one asked me to return disposable things such as bags. I would be grateful if you reply to this message on spartanka_mva@mail.ru
