The location was the best; right near the Chain Bridge, the tram and close to the Jewish quarter. Service was friendly and helpful. We had a dream Budapest experience

Pleasant. Mostly unfriendly staff. Eva at the reception was the nicest, as was Zoltan in reservations. The others need exposure to better service.

The hotel is unique in style. Very luxurious and yet very cozy.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast excellent in the taste and selection. The price / performance ratio is absolutely adequate.
Also the location is perfect. Just around the corner you can find very good restaurants and bars. We will be back definitely.

Very nice hotel and rooms. Excellent food at the restaurant, especially the option to order á la carte for breakfast besides the buffé. I took the egg benedictine, which were simply fantastic!
