The facilities are excellent and the location great. The rooms (particularly the larger ones) are wonderful. But, the best thing about it - and why we keep on coming back - is the staff. Patient, friendly and helpful. And most of them speak English. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone and we are looking forward to being back next month.

The quality of the hotel and the great staff made our short break stress free and very relaxing. Communication before our stay was quick and informative and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff who helped with transport to a concert and to attractions outside of the city centre, we would definitely stay at Prestige Hotel Budapest again
