We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the comfort of your room, appreciated our central location, and were fully satisfied with the cleanliness and service provided during your visit. Your willingness to recommend our hotel to others is truly valued by our entire team.
At the same time, we sincerely regret that the jacuzzi was not available during your stay. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience; it is currently out of service due to ongoing technical matters. We fully understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you were looking forward to using this facility during your visit.
