Despite the omelet situation, I thought it was a great hotel, I enjoyed my stay. Delightful staff, very reasonable response and did not charge for the omelet, so good recovery. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was too warm, but turned the heating down. Also there were a few gaps I could not close in the curtains. Room 404. I will come again on my next visit, thanks! No more contact until then please, thanks.

Regarding breakfast, we are glad our team could assist with the omelet. Our partner restaurant, Costes Downtown, emphasizes quality and fresh ingredients, with certain specialty egg dishes available at an additional charge. We apologize if this caused any disappointment.
We also note your comments about room temperature and the magnetic blackout curtains. While we are pleased the heating could be adjusted, we are sorry some light was still visible through the curtain gaps. Your feedback helps us continually improve guest comfort.
