Our experience was a 10 out of 10. The room was a great size and had a very relaxing and comfortable feel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitley stay again based on our wonderful experience!! Thank you for providing such a great stay during our first visit to Budapest!!

Even though the check-in wasn’t good and possibly the fault of our travel agent I would definitely stay there again. your staff were accommodating and made sure we were looked after. The location made it easy to go to restaurants, see the main attractions and get on transport.

Unfortunately mattress was too soft for me and gave me a bad back , whole of the stay. Unfortunately no other mattress available to changeover to, so this ruined our stay here.
Room was a bit on the small size and you only got small bottles of water on day one , then you could purchase the large ones, which was a shame , as it was hot so would have been nice to have free ones daily .
Extractor fan wasn’t working in bathroom
Real shame as we had read such good reviews on hotel but we were left disappointed
