Perfect stay. Central location near to every touristic site. Elegant and large room (suite) with every comfort. wonderful breakfast.

Fine and nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Good breakfast. Only flaw I found the switching room. This made our room very noisy and we could literally hear what the guests in the room said. They got us nicely offered another room but we wanted separate beds so we stayed in the room. But still neat that a solution was offered. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Absolutely perfect. Amazing hotel, would come back in a heartbeat. Lovely special touch was the Easter basket of chocolates - such a lovely gesture

Very good hotel with excellent customer service and amenities, Nice touches in room ie Bath robes, slippers, vanity box and coffee machine along with pillow menu. Staff were also top quality from room cleanliness to information about trams and sites of interest and booking restaurants and taxis during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Budapest.

very nice. I would like to thank Eleonora at the Concierge desk who managed to find us a spot in the fully booked restaurant by quickly informing us as soon as another reservation was cancelled. It was much appreciated.
