Siamo stati,molto bene, hotel eccellente, personale gentile , sempre con sorriso, cosa rara nella città di Budapest, pronto ad aiutarti , un grazie speciale a Eleonora, la ragazza della reception utile, gentile, e sempre utile con i suoi consigli, se andrò in un'altra città sceglierò se è possibile un Prestige Hotel.

Excellent. The staff was professional and courteous and helpful. Exactly what you want in a staff. My husband & I were in a car accident & recovered there after being released from the hospital. The staff were genuinely concerned about our comfort and would be quiet when knocking on our door to bring room service, etc. I would definitely recommend Prestige Hotel to friends & will stay there again when visiting Hungary.

Very pleasure stay on your hotel. I have one sugestion, when get a reservation from america, put adapter plugs in the room.
The rest was perfect!!

Lovely Hotel set in a quiet road one back from the River yet close to the main square. Beautifully decorated Hotel with a peaceful ambiance throughout.
