Très bien globalement. J'ai bien aimé qu'une de vos employé parle le français( Élisabeth je crois???)
Le service des autres employés de la réception Excellent. Les bagagistes aussi.

Amazing, everyone from the concierge to the cleaners were fantastic and polite. When I return to Budapest, I will most certainly stay here again.

On a quiet street near lots of museums and city centre. Easy to walk to most atttactions like the castle, parliament and the river. Very good service and helpful staff. Will definetly stay at this hotel again.

Uncaring staff- it seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. Registration and parking were difficult.
