Overall great hotel complex, kind and friendly staff helping us in our demands. Nice surprise bottle of wine made to find room on the occasion of my birthday, good breakfast. The relaxation area a bit small but efficient, perhaps should be done in turn by booking customers.

The concept is not for me. For half of the price i can have alternatives that suit my needs better. Good thing to remember is that i was looking for a place to stay for a night and therefore the 2x price did not bring any value.

Overall we had a good experience, the hotel was clean and in an excellent location. We found the staff on the front desk to be a little cold although this could just be down to cultural differences. The food was very good and when we mentioned my girlfriend was gluten and dairy intolerant nothing was too much trouble. The room was chic and clean, a little warm at times but otherwise very nice. It was our first time away together away and was a great success mainly down to the hotel.

After we left our hotel because of problem's with our room, we decided to go to the Prestige Hotel. You made our weekend great again.
