Prestige made us feel at home in a new place. Beyond a great, clean room, their staff was always welcoming, polite and helpful answering any questions.
They were willing to arrange any tours, meals, or shuttle services we needed.

Excellent hotel, extremely poor dining experience due to totally incompetent customer-facing personnel.

Overall experience very good, but the music at breakfast and early lunch preparations reduced the experience somewhat.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights but we only got complementary water (sparkling/non sparkling) every other night.
Appreciated the fact that the room was serviced twice each day - in the morning and in the late afternoon/evening. Thus, the room was cleaned and bed made even if one had had an afternoon nap.
