Bad smell in the bath room ( humidity ?)

We are truly sorry that you did not have the opportunity to share your concerns with us during your stay or at check-out. As a dedicated host, we believe that the best way to ensure our guests’ satisfaction is to respond promptly while they are with us. We would have been glad to listen to your feedback and to do everything possible to improve your experience.

Regarding your comments on the lobby noise and ventilation, please note that our inward-facing rooms are designed with built-in ventilation to ensure proper airflow. We also offer rooms with street views, which can be reserved in advance for an additional charge, and in your case we would have gladly arranged a room change subject to availability.

We also take note of your feedback regarding breakfast and the restaurant. Our partner restaurant, which is Michelin-recommended, focuses primarily on quality and fresh ingredients rather than an extensive selection. We sincerely regret if the service left a negative impression and will share your observations with them so they can learn from it. Amazing hotel, very clean with great localization and helpful staff.
