Perfect pre Christmas getaway

Lovely hotel. However we had issues with the air con & had to ring reception a couple of times for them to over ride,but found it still too warm.

I had to pay extra to book a twin room,however I realise it was a larger room. But would have expected to have a walk in shower as basic,not a shower over the bath.

Also, had to get out of bed to operate light switches as I was unable too reach from the bed,which in the middle of the night was difficult.

However still had a lovely time & thought it was a fab hotel.
