Amazing experience. Perfect location & overall beautiful hotel. Only thing I would say is another mirror at desk in room 316 so both people can get ready at the same time. Thank you

We arrived after 11 pm on Dec 2nd. We were tired and hungry. The concierge on duty Mattej? was so efficient and helped is find an open turkich eatery just a 3 min walk away where we had a delicious hot pita gyro. They upgraded our room, too. Tje bed and pillows were comfy and the shower was so very nice. Hot with lots of pressure. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute!

The hotel was first class , all the staff friendly and efficient. There was not one thing that my wife and i would criticize . Hotel ideally situated .

Affordable luxury in the centre of Budapest. A gem of a hotel. The staff ensured we had a trip to remember and we will definitely be back.

For this trip, I booked 2 different hotels (went to Amsterdam for weekend in between). SO happy I booked Prestige - it was better than my 1st Bud hotel. I had booked a standard room - this was a Birthday trip so I simply asked for a nice view if possible. The GM upgraded me to a suite for free as a surprise & had a bottle of bubbly wine & chocolates waiting for me as an additional gift surprise! Thank you, GM for doing that! SO thoughtful & I appreciate it! Bringing my husband next fall & will be booking Prestige Hotel only!!
