I was there with my children after some time they just wanted to leave, It was not very nice, but, you have to wait for a long time for the games like bowing, snoeker, in some bars you can get double whisky and some not, serving cubies with the hand is not normal, try to get some trained staff in to the bars and in to your team. I didn't know there was a la cart, no one told me, most of the staff didn't know things(only the people in black dress), It is a VERY NICE HOLTEL AND NICE PLACE TO SPEND YOU HOLIDAYS FOR CHIRSTMAS, HOPE NEXT YEAR YOU WILL DO SOMETHING DRIFFENT TO IMPROVE THE CHIRSTMAS FEELINGS. I MISS THE CHIRSTMAS CAKE AND THE CHIRSTMAS BREAKFAST. Any way keep the good things going and have a NICE NEW YEAR.
