Schönes Hide-away, wir kommen wieder.
Das Abendbuffet ist der Schwachpunkt im Konzept, es war auch schwer, die Aufmerksamkeit des Barpersonals zu erwecken.
Wir haben am Samstag Abend kurz nach 22 Uhr ca. 15 Minuten gebraucht, trotz mehrfacher Frage, bis jemand eine Bestellung aufnahm...

Ein schönes Haus, welches wenn es den Status von 4 Superior halten möchte investieren muss. Am dringlichsten sollten die Teppichböden im Haus in Angriff genommen werden, da diese fertig sind.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, würden jedoch - vor allem aufgrund der abendlichen Verköstigung - in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Allgemein ein sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage. Eingebettet in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Erholung und Entspannung pur.

Lage und Ausstattung hervorragend, leider zu wenig Service-Personal für die Mahrlzeiten, Buffet-Zwang ist nicht gut, allerdings kann ich den Hintergrund verstehen. Der Begrüßungs-Sekt war bereits zu lange geöffnet, d.h. die Kohlensäure war entwichen.

Very nice and relaxed stay. Personal was friendly and very helpful.
Wellness area was also very nice, but also needs a bit more attention. Some of the sauna's where not on or defect (without a sign). Showers didn't always work (without a sign). Also was not clear what extra services like whirlpool and massage cost. This is a lost opportunity for a business and easy to fix. Just make a list of all the services and price/hour etc.
We only had breakfast, which was very nice. We found the diner buffet much to expensive for what was offered at 50 Euro/person. We went every evening to Frankenberg which is 15 min. with car and has enough restaurant options.
We went also horse riding, which was a very nice experience. One point; It was not very clear at the stable were we had to go to and what we could expect.

Relative bad due to missing of Wi-Fi inside the room. I have been force to spend the evening (due to my work) out of the room. Such case I have never find within last 20 years, spendind in hotels app. 60 days/year in all continents. Further paradix gave me additional charges for the electricities (??? Is this Europe in year 2023 or Haiti in year 1954????). It is not a problem cost (you should simple add this into the hotel price), but princip... Will you next time charge me also water? Air? Toalet paper? All other thinks in hotel has been exceelent.
