Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr schlecht, es gab eigenständig keinerlei Informationen zu den Abläufen im Hotel bzw. SPA Bereich, auf Nachfragen kam uns das Servicepersonal nur von den Fragen genervt vor. Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Service an der Rezeption.
