Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk a lift zajával kapcsolatos tapasztalataira. Szállodánk szobáinak elhelyezkedése eltérő, így egyes szobák közelebb találhatók a lifthez, mint mások. Vendégeinket mindig arra biztatjuk, hogy érkezés előtt vagy akár tartózkodásuk során is jelezzék szobával kapcsolatos preferenciáikat, és csapatunk minden esetben igyekszik ezeket teljesíteni, amennyiben a szabad kapacitás ezt lehetővé teszi.

A reggelivel kapcsolatos visszajelzését szintén köszönjük. Vendégeink véleménye rendkívül fontos számunkra, hiszen ezek segítenek szolgáltatásaink folyamatos értékelésében és fejlesztésében. Észrevételeit figyelembe vesszük, mivel célunk, hogy minden vendégünk számára kellemes reggeli élményt biztosítsunk.
