We also appreciate your comments regarding the room orientation. As with many hotels located in the historic city centre, room layouts and views vary throughout the building. While some rooms overlook the surrounding streets, others face interior sections of the property.

Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk a lift zajával kapcsolatos tapasztalataira. Szállodánk szobáinak elhelyezkedése eltérő, így egyes szobák közelebb találhatók a lifthez, mint mások. Vendégeinket mindig arra biztatjuk, hogy érkezés előtt vagy akár tartózkodásuk során is jelezzék szobával kapcsolatos preferenciáikat, és csapatunk minden esetben igyekszik ezeket teljesíteni, amennyiben a szabad kapacitás ezt lehetővé teszi.

A reggelivel kapcsolatos visszajelzését szintén köszönjük. Vendégeink véleménye rendkívül fontos számunkra, hiszen ezek segítenek szolgáltatásaink folyamatos értékelésében és fejlesztésében. Észrevételeit figyelembe vesszük, mivel célunk, hogy minden vendégünk számára kellemes reggeli élményt biztosítsunk.
