We are pleased that you appreciated our central location as well as the daily housekeeping service. Our housekeeping team works carefully to ensure that rooms remain clean and comfortable throughout our guests’ stay, and it is encouraging to know that the regular replacement of towels and the cleaning of cups were noticed positively.

Regarding the room layout, some rooms in our historic city-center building face the inner courtyard rather than the street. While these rooms may have a more limited external view, many guests prefer them for the quieter environment they provide in such a lively central area.

We also note your observations concerning the elevator noise and the bathroom sealing; guest feedback such as yours is valuable in helping us monitor maintenance priorities within the building.

We also appreciate your comments about the breakfast selection and the breakfast area equipment. Our continental breakfast is designed to offer a convenient and hygienic selection for guests starting their day, and feedback from international visitors helps us better understand different expectations and preferences.
