Nos ha encantado escoger este hotel, la ubicación es excelente, se puede ir caminando a todas partes.
Está en una calle comercial peatonal, nos hemos sentido muy seguros al regresar por la noche después de cenar y hemos descansado muy bien, no se oía ningún ruido del exterior.
El trato del personal del hotel muy bueno.

Confortevole e comodo per la visita della città a piedi

A lift hangja nagyon zavaró volt éjjel- nappal.

Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk tapasztalatait.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy összességében elégedett volt a tartózkodásával. Ugyanakkor köszönjük, hogy jelezte a lift zajával kapcsolatos észrevételét is. Az épület kialakításából adódóan egyes szobák közelebb helyezkednek el a liftaknához, így annak működése időnként hallható lehet.

Vendégeink számára lehetőség van előzetesen jelezni a csendesebb, lifttől távolabb eső szobák iránti igényt, és csapatunk minden esetben igyekszik ezt figyelembe venni.

Köszönjük még egyszer visszajelzését, és bízunk benne, hogy a jövőben ismét vendégeink között köszönthetjük.

We also take note of your comments regarding the elevator noise and the room orientation. Due to the layout of the building, some rooms are located closer to the lift shaft, where operational sounds may be more noticeable.

Additionally, certain rooms face the internal courtyard rather than the street, which can result in more limited external views.

Guests are always welcome to indicate their room preferences in advance or during their stay, including quieter locations or street-facing rooms, and our team does its best to accommodate such requests subject to availability.
