Buena experiencia aunque concretamente la habitación donde he estado alojada ruidosa, se oíafuertemente el ascensor cada vez que era utilizado.

It was a good experience with friendly staff. Leaving the luggage before checking in after checking out in a safe, locked room was easy.
The room was great but the soap dispenser in the shower was interesting to use.
Most importantly for any guest: having laundry carts on the landing of EACH floor in the (emergency) stairwell is dangerous and could be deadly in case of a fire. Otherwise, the stairwell was inviting, clean, wide, and well illuminated.
