We're delighted to see that you had a generally positive experience during your stay.
We also take note of your comments regarding the elevator noise and the room orientation. Due to the layout of the building, some rooms are located closer to the lift shaft, where operational sounds may be more noticeable.
Additionally, certain rooms face the internal courtyard rather than the street, which can result in more limited external views.
Guests are always welcome to indicate their room preferences in advance or during their stay, including quieter locations or street-facing rooms, and our team does its best to accommodate such requests subject to availability.
