Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen, der Empfang war immer belegt und die Angestellten die dort arbeiteten hatten immer ein lächeln auf den Lippen.

Good, but the fact that 3 out of 5 of us choose to buy breakfast in restaurant instead of having the included breakfast shows that there's room for improvement.
