Room service walked into my room without knocking TWICE. Woke me up early in the morning and also another time during the day.
The room I booked on booking isnt the same in reality. It was a HANDICAPPED ROOM which was very handicapping for me because of the dimensions of everything.

Das Hotel hat eine Super schöne Lage, direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, das Frühstück ist auch ausreichend und gut, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, nur wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1 Stock, fast kein Tageslicht und wir haben nur auf eine Betonwand gesehen und daher für das Zimmer nur 2 Punkte. Der Rest war ganz o.k

It was great, however we were charged for extra bottles of water and coffee which we did not consume. That ruined the overall experience we had at this hotel.

Excellent. Loved the location. I'm not sure the upgrade was worth the extra money, because the view's really not that great and we had a hard time getting the coffee machine to work, but it wasn't much money, so that's OK.

change your matresses, also very bed smell at the entrence hall of the hotel.

We had been recommended this hotel by a friend and it was exactly as it was described. It was a bit worn down, but had great location. And the staff was very friendly. For us it was only one thing we did not like so much, the madras was a bit hard.
