The service was terrible from the receprion staff, especially the supervisor. The brakefast staff was good. The only good thing about this stay was the hotel location.

Right on the shopping street, heart of the city. Reception were super friendly, Philip (I think his name was - day time reception 16-18th March) was amazing. Helped us at every opportunity. Room was good for what we used it for, could be a bigger bath and double bed rather than two twins together. Cleaners were brilliant, every day by time we returned to the room it was cleaned. One day we were only put the clean sign out 1 hour in the afternoon and still it was cleaned. Only cleanliness slight issue was walking into the hotel there was a smell of swerage but once you entered reception you could smell it any further. We will definitely be back, brilliant hotel in a perfect location in the heart of a beautiful city.

I enjoyed Budapest very much except for Revolution Day Memorial when the centre was closed to traffic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel in pieno centro, vicino alla fermata dell’autobus per l’aeroporto e alla metro, colazione molto buona e varia, camere un po’ piccole.

Very convenient, clean, comfortable hotel with great staff. Staff extremely helpful, polite and efficient. We upgraded & paid more to get a larger room with more windows to outside. We wanted 2 beds (we are senior sisters) we had 1 king bed and 1 small temporary bed. These were fine. However - we should not have paid more because we got no sleep from the noise from the street. Loud people until 4.30am . If we come again we would stay in the smaller back rooms with no view to ensure some sleep.

Loved the location, nice and clean room. However, we definitely wanted a single bed room. We thourght that’s what we booked, but apparently the pictures on hotels.com “doesn’t say anything”. It was not possible to choose between single bed and double, so we thought the room would be in accordance to the picture
