Very disappointed with the room issue. The options on booking.com are very misleading. If I thought that I wasn’t guaranteed a double room without raising a *special request* then I would never have booked this hotel. If you can’t guarantee a room type, you should split the options on booking.com so that there is a single room, twin room and double room booking option. Or reach out to the Booker in advance to confirm their room type and not leave it until check-in to tell them that the room they thought they had booked isn’t available.
