The hotel was very well located so my wife did not have to walk more than she had to. Everything else was fine.

We had a lovely 5 nights at the Promenade. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Location was brilliant. 1st time in Budapest, which is a beautiful city. We will be back

Very comfortable , very quiet . We overlooked the shops but was not interrupted by any noise . We would return
