My girlfriend had an accident an our first day and broke her knee and leg. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. It was even possible to have breakfast in our room. Thank you for everything!! We will definitely return to Budapest and Promenade City Hotel!!

Nice stay at a premium location. Didn't really want for anything.

On the first night we got very small and uncomfortable rooms with a broken bed. We went through a very unpleasant night. The next day, we waited until late to change rooms, and in fact most of the day we did not have a room. We received more comfortable offers but still smaller than the description on the site

The only strength of the hotel is its location, the room was small and crowded and smelled of mold. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff was friendly.
