It´s a good stay.
Situated at the pedestrian street (the Promenade) so not able to have windows open at night if facing the street if you want quiet.
But great for night/evening life, shopping and so on.

Breakfast was good and location was excellent. The air conditioner was not cool and the bed was not comfortable at all.
