Excellent location. Friendly staff. Acceptable breakfast. Needs more concentration on detailed cleaning and changing the towels with new ones as its so old and became grayish in color, very thin and harsh on skin.
More toiletry supply.
The biggest issue to be solved is the cold tap water which runs very hot for more than 5 minutes until it became cold and safe to be used. The hotel is aware of the issue and said its because we are in the upper floor No. 6. I am sure there should be a solution ?!

Although it has been cold, the stay in Budapest has been very good.
The hotel very well located and all its services very good.
The wonderful city.

The location of the hotel is excellent since every major tourist attraction can be reached by foot. The hotel room is large enough. The only problem was with the shower in the bathroom. It was a bit difficult to use. Overall we are very satisfied with the service. The breakfast was always very tasty with enough food selection.
