I appreciated the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast. Unfortunately I didn t receive the two beds I reserved and needed. Also I didn t appreciate the attitude of the reception person when confronted with the problem. He lied to me telling that the hotel never received any information about two beds. That s a lie, because I even e-mailed the hotel about this, and it was also on my reservation. My fried had to sleep three nights in the sofa bed instead having her own bed. Because of this I unfortunately couldn t advice Promenade city hotel to friends.
Maybe there s also a problem in the Expedia website where I booked the room. It was clearly marked that I could choose a double bed OR two separate beds, which I did.
