Hotel was good, everybody was really friendly and the location was directly in the city, perfect. We had a great stay here.

Dit is mijn tweede keer in dit hotel, dat zegt genoeg dat dit een zeer goed hotel is! Voor een stedentrip is dit hotel super handig gelegen (diverse bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, winkels in de buurt en metrostation om de hoek)

Comfortable rooms, very good location. But there is no erly check-in.

The experience was good in general. I think you should improve in two aspects. One the heating is very very high and the other is the problem you have with water, it is insane have to leave the water running for 5 minutes to achieve a normal temperature.
