Staff are friendly to answer questions and help and suggest travel recommendations. The room is average, bathroom leaks water easily, except for that, I enjoy my stay in this hotel.

location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. the bed wasn't comfortable. the breakfast room is too small. the receptionist was very friendly

The room was ok, but claustrophobic for me. Maybe you should ask the guests if they want a room with a view of the courtyard or the street!

There is an acrid smell throughout the hotel. It was in the lobby, our room and the dining area. I liken the smell to something dead and it appeared to be coming through the air conditioning. It made our stay extremely unpleasant. When I questioned the female staff member about the smell - she gave me a blank stare and paused then stated it had been in the hotel for sometime they don't know what it
Is.. that was it no further discussion was given. The room was clean however there was a leak in the shower and the smell was terrible in the room.

Változtassanak az illatosítón, a szállodába belépéskor erős pláza wc illat fogadott minket, nagyon rossz élmény volt. Egyébként a többi dologgal meg voltunk elégedve, de ez az első pillanat nem tett jó benyomást.

Me gusto el hotel y lo del smartphone que está en el cuarto para uso de los huéspedes me parece sensacional.
