Looking on internet, I must say that I had some doubts. Coming there, all my doubts came to past!

Passei 4 dias agradáveis em Budapeste. Localização do hotel excelente próxima a vários restaurantes e lojas. Não possui serviço de quarto. Quarto e banheiro pequenos porém limpos. Qualidade da roupa de cama e de banho poderiam ser melhor. Café da manhã simples, porém justo. Equipe atenciosa.

Very good located small hotel in the City Center with friendly staff, good breakfast. Think of paying an extra fee for a room with Street view!

Good experience, but the device handy, a hotel cellphone that provides internet, wasn't working and they didn't have any solution. I know this device is a plus, and not an obligation from the hotel to provide for us, even so it was a little disappointing. It didn't interfere with our good experience though.

The experience was nice, but our stay was ruined because of the taxi service. We went to ask for a cab at the reception especially to make sure we won't get scammed. We went to the reception at 3:30 am to ask for a cab, the receptionist called the cab and it was supposed to arrive in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later she called the taxi again, and the driver said he will get to the hotel in 3 minutes. Half an hour later the cab arrived. We were told at the reception that the cost of the taxi will be between 6600 and 7700 and when we got to the airport it turned out the cost was 9670. We only had 8500 huf so I had to pay the rest using euro, but I couldn't pay using coins and i had to pay using a 20 euro note. The exchange rate in that cab was twice the normal exchange rate, but nowhere in the cab was a paper saying what the exhange rate was. Because we were already really late for our flight I just agreed to the exchange rate because the taxi driver wasn't able to speak proper english and I was just wasting my time. So, our only day in Budapest was ruined because we were close to missing the check-in and we got scammed. I don't think it is normal for the hotel to book a taxi for it's clients, a taxi that just steals money from you. Maybe you should consider finding proper cabs next time.

It was better to stay in a coffee pub than staying in the hotel...
