Egyetlen éjszakára a szoba megfelelő volt, de több éjszakát nem maradtam volna ebben a szobában. Rettentő kellemetlen csatornaszag terjengett és nem tudtam eldönteni hogy kintről jön, vagy bentről. Ablak nyitás nem segített rajta. Éjjel valami gép búgása volt zavaró.

A szálloda központi elhelyezkedése miatt egyes szobák eltérő adottságokkal rendelkeznek, és a környezeti zajok vagy technikai berendezések működése időnként észlelhető lehet.

Vendégeink számára mindig lehetőség van arra, hogy a recepción jelezzék észrevételeiket a tartózkodás során, így kollégáink alternatív megoldást vagy más szobát tudnak ajánlani, amennyiben elérhető.

Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel csak nyitott ablaknál mindig hallani a liftet És ha az ember nyitott ablaknál szeret aludni akkor ez elég zavaró tud lenni.

Örömmel halljuk, hogy a szálloda elhelyezkedését ideálisnak találta, és elégedett volt a szoba kényelmével.

A lift zajára és az ablak nyitott állapotában hallható hangokra vonatkozó megjegyzését figyelembe vettük, mivel a városközponti elhelyezkedésből adódóan bizonyos zajok előfordulhatnak.

A reggelizőben található kávégép használatával kapcsolatos javaslatát is értékeljük, és figyelembe vesszük a vendégek kényelmesebb kiszolgálása érdekében.

Bízunk benne, hogy a következő budapesti tartózkodása során ismét üdvözölhetjük szállodánkban.
