This was the first time in Budapest. I ordered your hotel from EBookers and mainly because of your location. It was a good choise. We had a wonderful holiday in beatiful city of Budapest and your hotel was in the middle of everything. There was only one thing which i wondered. We had a fire alarm in one morning, it was wrong alarm. In reception there were two men at the time, but the information we got, was only "wrong alarm, we are sorry". Why did it happen, why any firemen did not come to the hotel to check the place? More information would be nice if such kind of thing happens. Maybe the staff were also in a shock like we were. But anyway, in next time I will order room also fron your hotel. See you!

Poor . I enquired about a taxinfromntje airport .and the hotel didn't get back to me so.ilet them know I had booked another for of transport . When I checked out they charge me 1600 huff for a cancellation I never ever booked in the first place

Very nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is the best possible with the closest proximity to some of the most beautiful attractions of the city.

I think the great experience I had in Budapest was because of the hotel's great location. It was easy yo get everywhere.
