Room is very small and unfortunately the windows can not be opened. compensates the position and breakfast

It was good. You have to work on the hotel sewage system as there is a bad smell all over.

The location is amazing very close to metro and bus station and also on vaci street with a lot of stores and restaurants in. The room looks new,very clean.there is no carpet on the floor. The bath is high so I wouldn't recommended to old people or even short people ( maybe at her rooms have another bath). The whole axperiance is good. Good value for money.

We got a room with twin-beds, but have specified at the reservation (Hotels.com) that we wanted a double bed, it was not possible to change room because there was no one vacant, the staff could give one a new room the next day.
I could move the beds together, so it was ok at we decided that we didn't want to move to a new room.

Unfortunately, I arrived at the hotel loaded, since the management of the hotel was not willing to come to me by accident. I ordered two rooms with option to cancellation trough booking.com. During this period I lost my two parents who died. My sister asked to join the trip and I made another booking by booking another room through the iPhone. Later I realized that I accidentally clicked twice on the room time and actually the app did not respond correctly so we were invited to two rooms as well not notice that I was booking a room for three without cancellation. From here began tractate addresses and conversations with the hotel management, who did not agree to understand that it was a mistake and cancel the invitation without charge, all my requests did not help. Finally I had to cancel one of the first rooms and stay with two rooms of three and pay of course about $ 100 of my two rooms that I invited at the begging, and even when I wrote them that we come couples, it did not help and we got a room with a sofa bed that caused overcrowding in the room.
The receptionist was tired from listening when we arrived. We arrived in the evening. The only one who still tried to listen was the receptionist Gregory, who was also bound, to note that all our complaints in the morning about the rooms like a broken handle in the bath or another mattress. The beds were not comfortable at all, Bad smell in the inter of the hotel, do not know from where it comes.
