Despite the fact that the whole hotel is non smoking, our bathroom smelt very bad. We reported to the Reception but nothing happened.

La habitación era oscura pero silenciosa, muy tranquila, justo lo que necesitábamos! Olvidamos una llave importante en la caja fuerte del hotel y el personal respondió muy profesionalmente a nuestra petición de buscarla lo antes posible. ¡Gracias!
