Friendly and helpful staff. But we had breakfast at the hotel only one morning, and after that on a cafe. A curtain int the bathroom when taking a shower had been a good help!

Zeer comfortabele 1 persoonskamer.
2 Grote flessen mineraalwater op bureau doen vermoeden dat ze gratis zijn, dat is echter niet waar.
Moet duidelijk erbij staan dat ze onderdeel zijn van de minibar en dus geld kosten.

Sehr offene Menschen, stilvolle Einrichtung, viel Platz und Stauraum. Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage und hat trotz Innenstadtlage sehr sehr leise Zimmer !

My partner and I have stayed at The Promenade several times and always enjoyed the experience. The staff are extremely helpful. To give you one example, on our last stay I actually booked a room for the night after the one I thought I'd booked. The receptionist changed the booking and the room was the same price. As I say, very helpful.
