The hotel staff particularly the receptionists were very professional and friendly. I don't think I would stay here again because the bed was very hard and it was difficult to sleep however we really enjoyed our trip to Budapest and would like to visit again.

Had a talculm powder sent from lobby, in the elevator, in the corridors and room.
Slow service at check-in desk. Long wait before checking in. Small lobby. Otherwise good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

I totally recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to go to Budapest. Location was perfect, the street is quite busy during the day but the room is really quiet. Staff was very friendly. I sent a parcel to the hotel and when I did the check in the recepcionist was prepared with my box (Super good).

Room was amazing. The only bad thing i found: you have to pay for all the extras in the room (water, coffee caps)

Very nice. Staff was great and helpfull. Breakfast room was tiny and people had to wait to get in and have breakfast.
