Localização central, tudo muito limpo , ar condicionado no quarto a temperatura ideal, funcionários amigáveis, pequeno almoço do melhor, se voltar será a minha escolha

Le frigo dans la chambre est un plus. La vue de notre chambre pas terrible, vu sur la montée de l ascenseur et de notre chambre nous entendions lorsqu'il était en fonction. Hôtel propre et bien situé.

We had a wonderful stay at the Promenade Hotel in Budapest, made truly exceptional thanks to Sonia at the front desk. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled and we couldn’t get through to the airline on our own phones, Sonia went above and beyond: she called the airline herself, patiently handled everything, and arranged a new flight for us. We will be ever so grateful for her kindness and dedication.

Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring all the sights Budapest has to offer. The metro station nearby made it especially easy to visit the Széchenyi Baths and other landmarks. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
