To provide some clarification, complimentary coffee capsules and bottled water are offered upon arrival, while additional coffee capsules and other amenities remain available for purchase or can be requested through reception, depending on the item.

Muito positiva. O staff foi sempre simpático e prestativo e o quarto tinha boas condições.
Apenas tenho a reparar que deviam mudar o sabonete liquido que deixam para o duche pois quase não faz espuma e é difícil tomar banho com ele. Aliás, como não faz espuma, acabamos por tirar muito mais produto e gastar-vos mais. Vocês também saem a perder.

Great, although some rooms never elevator are noisy.
